DIPC 2025 Online First Round Available for Viewing from February

The DIPC is delighted to present its 2025 First Round online in February.  Throughout the month of February (4th-25th), Competitors’ First Round videos will be uploaded each day (approximately three videos per day) to the DIPC YouTube channel where everyone can view them.  You may like to subscribe (for free) to the DIPC YouTube Channel, and turn on notifications so that you will be alerted as and when the videos are uploaded. The videos will remain online until the middle of March.
Each of the 65 Competitors will perform a programme of maximum 30 minutes.  A programme list is available for viewing here.  Please note this list is in alphabetical order and will differ from the order in which videos are uploaded, which will be determined at random.
On March 1st, the names of the 28 pianists who will progress to the DIPC 2025 Quarter-final Round will be announced.  The DIPC Quarter-finals, Semi-finals and Final will take place live in Dublin from 9th to16th May.  Tickets to the Final, which takes place at the National Concert Hall on May 16th with the National Symphony Orchestra conducted by Jonas Alber, are available at this link.  Tickets to the Quarter- and Semi-finals will be available at the venue, the Royal Irish Academy of Music.  DIPC Friends gain free admission to these rounds at the RIAM.  The Quarter-finals take place on May 9th, 10th and 11th while the Semi-finals, which include chamber music for the first time, take place on May 13th and 14th.
We hope you enjoy this feast of music!
